About Us

IWF Ghana was founded in 2017 with 15 founding members. IWF Ghana is the Ghanaian chapter of the global brand, International Women’s Forum (IWF) (see http://iwforum.org/), an organization comprised of more than 6,800 diverse and accomplished women from 33 nations on six continents, dedicated to building better leadership locally and globally. IWF Ghana is led by two co-Presidents, Rosalind Kainyah and Victoria Bright.

Our mission is to inspire, elevate and enable female leaders by increasing:

• Capabilities – Expanding Leaders’ Knowledge and Skills
• Network – Connecting leaders for excellence and impact
• Possibilities – Accelerating and mobilising emerging leaders

Our annual member activities include insightful speaker series related to business and investment opportunities in Ghana; hosting capacity building workshops to empower business and industry executives; and inspiring and championing young female leaders through The Lady Initiative.
